On July 1, 2024, the UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres visited Dilbuloq mahalla in the Yakkasaray district of Tashkent. The guest was informed about the mahalla institution in Uzbekistan. Special attention was paid to the conditions created here. In particular, the Secretary-General got acquainted with activities aimed at ensuring employment, educating youth, and supporting small business. Antonio Guterres also had a friendly conversation with the mahalla activists.
