On September 11, 2025, Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, had a phone conversation with Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov.
During the conversation, the parties exchanged views on the current state and promising future of the partnership between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, and also discussed regional and global events.
Particular attention was paid to continuing dynamic political dialogue, expanding economic cooperation, and promoting joint projects.
The ministers reaffirmed their shared commitment to deepening strategic ties and alliance based on historical bonds and mutual interests.
