The Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan met with the UNICEF representative.
On February 13, 2025, Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Munira Aminova held a meeting with the UNICEF Representative in Uzbekistan Regina Castillo.
The meeting focused on current issues related to Uzbekistan’s cooperation with UNICEF, which has gained new momentum in recent years.
Rehina Castiho noted that UNICEF supports the goals and objectives of the "Uzbekistan – 2030" Strategy, which fully aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
UNICEF expressed its readiness to continue close cooperation in implementing significant initiatives in the fields of healthcare, education, ecology, as well as supporting motherhood and childhood.
