Meeting with the Turkish cooperation and coordination agency
Adviser to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Munira Aminova held a meeting in Ankara with Abdullah Eren, Head of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA).
The meeting was convened to review the current state of bilateral cooperation, evaluate the outcomes of ongoing initiatives, and explore new and promising areas for further collaboration.
During the discussions, the parties exchanged views on TIKA’s priority areas of engagement in Uzbekistan for the coming years, as well as on potential mechanisms through which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan could provide support in the effective implementation of these priorities. Particular emphasis was placed on issues related to sustainable development and on ensuring the alignment of joint projects with the objectives and provisions of the Development Strategy 2030.
Both sides underscored the importance of expanding practical, results-oriented cooperation and reached agreement on a number of initiatives aimed at further strengthening bilateral interaction.
While concluding, the parties reaffirmed their mutual commitment to continuing constructive and mutually beneficial cooperation.
