Meeting with the head of the IOM mission
On February 13, 2025, Deputy Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Olimjon Abdullaev met with Andrew Gray, Chief of Mission for the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Uzbekistan.
The parties discussed the current state and prospects for further development of cooperation between Uzbekistan and IOM in the field of migration.
Issues related to the implementation of joint projects were considered in such areas as pre-departure preparation of citizens, diversification of external labor migration, strengthening the material and technical base of specialized educational institutions.
