Meeting with the First Deputy Minister of Culture of Jordan
On 22 September 2025, in Amman, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhromjon Aloyev met with Nidal Ibrahim Al-Ahmad, First Deputy Minister of Culture of Jordan.
The parties discussed the practical implementation of cultural initiatives outlined in the Roadmap signed following the state visit of King Abdullah II of Jordan to Uzbekistan in August this year.
Particular attention was paid to prospects for expanding cultural and humanitarian cooperation, including the organization of cross-cultural days, handicraft exhibitions, presentations of tourism potential, conferences, as well as ensuring the participation of representatives of both sides in various cultural events held in the territories of the two countries.
The sides emphasized the importance of public diplomacy as a key instrument for strengthening the traditions of friendship and fostering deeper mutual understanding between the peoples of Uzbekistan and Jordan.
