Meeting with the Ambassador of the Republic of Slovakia
On February 12, 2025, Deputy Foreign Minister Uzbekistan Olimjon Abdullaev met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Slovakia Viktor Borecki.
During the meeting, key issues related to the organization of labor migration of citizens of Uzbekistan to Slovakia, as well as the development and strengthening of the legal framework in this area were discussed. Particular attention was paid to attracting specialists from Slovakia to train highly qualified personnel from Uzbekistan.
The parties agreed to continue the development of bilateral cooperation aimed at improving the conditions of labor migration and personnel training.
