Meeting with the Ambassador of Israel
On February 12, 2025, Munira Aminova, Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with Gideon Lustig, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Israel to Uzbekistan.
Special attention was given to enhancing cooperation in trade, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, education, and innovation. The Ambassador expressed Israel's willingness to offer training and courses for Uzbek specialists in these areas through the Israel’s Agency for International Development Cooperation (MASHAV). This partnership aims to strengthen bilateral relations and improve the professional skills of specialists.
The meeting concluded with discussions on the prospects of increasing tourism, boosting the import of agricultural products from Uzbekistan to Israel, and further enhancing bilateral ties.
