On 7 June 2022, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Furkat Sidikov received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India Manish Prabhat.

The parties discussed the results of the visit of the delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan to India on May 10-13 this year, as well as the 15th round of Uzbekistan – India inter-MFA political consultations held within its framework.

The sides agreed on the need for timely and full implementation of the agreements reached during the visit in the political, trade-economic, cultural-humanitarian and other spheres.
