Meeting with representatives of the international observer mission of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS
On October 26, 2024, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Bobur Usmanov held a meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan with representatives of the International Observer Mission of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
The parties discussed preparation issues for the elections of deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, scheduled for October 27, 2024.
They also exchanged views on issues of increasing practical cooperation within the CIS, further development and strengthening of inter-parliamentary interaction of the Commonwealth member states.
