On June 21, 2024, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov received credentials from the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Colombia Héctor Isidro Arenas Neira.  

During the meeting, the sides emphasized the importance of deepening bilateral ties, promoting business, political, cultural and people-to-people partnerships.
