On November 8, 2023, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov met with the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov. During the talks, the sides discussed the issues of expanding bilateral cooperation and focused on the agenda of the 16th Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization.
