On May 8, 2024, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov met with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar. During the meeting, had a detailed discussion regarding boosting political and economic dialogue, expansion of cooperation in all spheres. A willingness to develop relations in all areas with an open and trustworthy approach was noted. Underscored that the visit to Pakistan is especially meaningful as it occurs on the eve of the 32nd anniversary of diplomatic relations between two nations. At the end of the meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan planted a tree as a symbol of our desire to further strengthen friendship and partnership between our countries and peoples.
