On April 3, 2023, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhromjon Aloyev received Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan Guseyn Guliyev, Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus Leonid Marinich, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan Beibut Atamkulov, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic Musa Jamanbayev, Ambassador of the Russian Federation Oleg Malginov, Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan Abdujabbor Rakhmonzoda and Ambassador of Turkmenistan Yazguly Mammedov.  

The parties discussed various aspects of cooperation within the framework of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the implementation of joint programs. 

They exchanged views on organizational, protocol and substantive aspects of the upcoming meeting of the CIS Foreign Ministers Council in Uzbekistan.
