On September 22, 2023, Deputy Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Bobur Usmanov held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan Shadurdy Meredov.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the state and prospects for the development of Uzbekistan-Turkmenistan cooperation, as well as the implementation of the agreements reached at the high-level visits.

They paid particular attention to expanding trade and economic cooperation, interregional interaction and cultural and humanitarian ties.
