Deputy Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan held negotiations with Under Secretary of State of Britain
On March 7, 2023, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Gayrat Fozilov held an online meeting with Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office of the United Kingdom Leo Docherty.
The parties discussed the current state and prospects of cooperation between Uzbekistan and the United Kingdom on the implementation of agreements concluded during bilateral political consultations in December 2022.
They also exchanged views on the further development of bilateral trade, economic, investment, cultural, humanitarian and other ties.
The parties reached an agreement to make active efforts to promote Uzbekistan-British relations.
