On November 30, 2024, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov took part in Uzbekistan-China Business Forum held in Chengdu (PRC).

The forum focused on launching "green" industrial projects, developing clean supply chains and innovations, as well as creating sustainable infrastructure in the fields of transport and energy. Forum participants also familiarized themselves with the potential of the Navoi region, which is actively strengthening its partnership ties with Sichuan Province and signing a number of promising agreements.
