A meeting with the Russian Ambassador was held at MFA
On February 9, 2023, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bahromjon Aloev received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation Oleg Malginov.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the current state and prospects for further development of the Uzbek-Russian strategic partnership.
The schedule and agenda of bilateral events, as well as mutual visits planned for the current year at various levels were considered.
The parties expressed readiness to enhance trade and economic cooperation. Participation of Russian representatives in International Industrial Fair "INNOPROM. Central Asia" in April 2023 in Tashkent was discussed.
