A meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the CIS was held
On October 7, 2024, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov took part in the CIS Foreign Ministersʼ Council meeting in Moscow. The meeting participants discussed the final preparation for the CIS Summit tomorrow. All the countries of Commonwealth have long-standing historical ties that serve as a solid foundation connecting each other. It was noted that there is a big room for further mutually beneficial cooperation in all areas, especially in boosting economic cooperation. Strengthening connectivity, creating most favorable conditions to trade, addressing escalating conflicts across the world, joining efforts to ensure peace and prosperity, as well as acute regional and global topics were thoroughly discussed.
