On July 13, 2023, the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhromjon Aloyev met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates Saeed Matar AlQemzi.

During the conversation, the parties discussed the state and prospects for the development of bilateral relations, as well as interaction within the United Nations, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and other international and regional structures. 

They also reviewed the implementing joint projects in trade, economic, investment, tourism, educational, cultural, humanitarian, and other areas.
