On February 26, 2024, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Bakhromjon Aloyev met with the Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar Hassan Hamza Hashim, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Yousef Al Otaibi, the Sultanate of Oman Wafa Jabr Nasser Albusaidi, as well as the Charge d'Affaires of the United Arab Emirates Muhammad al-Dahiri.

During the conversation, the parties exchanged their views on current aspects of the common agenda paying special attention to further strengthening interregional cooperation in trade, economic, cultural, humanitarian, and other areas.

They also covered preparations for upcoming joint events, in particular in the format of the Gulf Cooperation Council – Central Asia.
