On July 5, 2023, on the sidelines of the Ministerial meeting of the Coordinating Bureau of the Non-Aligned Movement in Baku, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held talks with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov.

Foreign ministers discussed ways to strengthen the Uzbekistan-Azerbaijan strategic partnership.

The parties emphasized that as a result of the efforts of the Presidents of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, bilateral cooperation has been accelerating in all areas from economy to people-to-people ties with a new impetus.
