Deputy Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan met with the Ambassador of Pakistan
On October 20, 2023, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhromjon Aloyev held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Pakistan Akhmed Farooq.
The prospects for the further development of the Uzbekistan-Pakistan strategic partnership and the development of multifaceted cooperation, primarily in the trade, economic, investment and transport and communications spheres, were considered.
An agreement was reached to continue coordinating the efforts of Uzbekistan and Pakistan in the international arena, in particular within the framework of the UN, SCO, ECO and OIC.
The schedule and organizational aspects of upcoming events in bilateral and multilateral formats were discussed.
