On August 29, 2023, Deputy Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Bakhromjon Aloyev met with the head of the Representative office of ACWA Power in our country Jon Zaidi.

During the meeting, the parties discussed topical issues of the company's projects in our country and the prospects for expanding further investment cooperation in the energy sector. The significant contribution of ACWA Power to the development of the energy sector of Uzbekistan was noted.

The sides reached an agreement to develop and agree on a plan of joint measures to enhance cooperation with ACWA Power.
