On July 10, 2023, the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhromjon Aloyev met with the delegation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, headed by the Director of the OIC Secretariat Abubakar Adamu, who arrived in our country to observe the presidential elections.

The OIC delegation highly appreciated the significance of this political event for the development of the country, emphasizing the high level of voter turnout.

At the meeting, the sides discussed proposals for further intensifying cooperation between our country and this structure in the fields of education, science and innovation, ecology and other priority areas.
