On July 26, 2023, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Qatar to Uzbekistan Hassan Hamza Hashim.

It was emphasized that in recent years bilateral relations between Uzbekistan and Qatar have reached a qualitatively new level.

During the meeting, the agenda of bilateral cooperation was discussed, which includes many promising joint projects serving the best interests of two nations.
